Casa Cartland offers a Cozy Cottage or the Main House for a weekend getaway, a vacation rental or venue. The private Cottage is fully furnished with a kitchenette area, appliances & is 400 sq ft. The Main House is fully furnished with 1,400 sq ft including two guest rooms & a loft with a twin day bed. The Main House & Cottage may be combined to create a three bedroom / two bathroom plus a loft retreat home. The property is also available for special events, upon request.

The interior décor is shabby chic with a queen sized bed, antique furnishings, linens, towels, toiletries, dresser, mirror, desk, cozy reading chair, coffee tables, dining & seating area, walk-in closet, hangers, iron & board, ceiling fan, air-purifier, wifi, Smart TV (no cable), full bathroom, central AC/heat & beach accessories. Cooking area includes a stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee station, dishes, silverware, cookware & cleaning products. Playpen is available upon request.

The Main House @ Casa Cartland
The main house includes two fully furnished guest rooms, a full bathroom & an upstairs loft with a twin daybed. The Main House may be combined with the Cottage as a three bedroom, two bathroom plus the loft home. Guestrooms include queen sized beds, dresser, mirror, closet, night tables, hangers, iron & board, ceiling fans,, linens, towels, toiletries, a Smart TV, Wifi (no cable), Central AC/Heat, beach accessories and outdoor seating area. Main house also includes a large cozy living and seating area, a beautiful work desk, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, cookware, coffee makers, coffee station, cleaners, dining room, & laundry room. Additional air mattress, playpen, high chair & child safety gate are available upon request. An outdoor barbecue gas grill is available for guests.
